This dish is very easy to prepare! You can prep and cook everything in under 30 minutes. The recipe is straightforward as you see in the image above. It’s a simple dish that’s big on flavor.

To save on time, marinate the salmon chunks in lemon, black pepper and salt while you’re cooking the pasta. While the pasta’s cooking and the salmon’s marinating, you can chop the onion and garlic.

To add a little saltiness in the final dish, you can serve it with a light grating of cheese. Yum!

To make the pasta sauce creamier, you can opt to fold in cheese after you pour the cream into the pan. Now that’s definitely going to make your sauce creamier and richer. Yowza!

I’m not a huge fan of salmon unless it’s sashimi, but I like how salmon and cream went so well together here. It’s delicious! This Salmon and Cream pasta dish will definitely be cooked in our home again! 😉

Salmon and Cream Pasta

Marinate salmon chunks in lemon, pepper and salt. Set aside.

Sauté one chopped onion in olive oil till transparent. Stir in 5 cloves minced garlic. Add 1 can all purpose cream. Slide in salmon chunks. Simmer till cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Top cream mixture over cooked pasta.

Dinner is served! Cooking time = 25 mins.
