Catch That Fish Game

Did you play this “catch that fish” game when you were a kid? I recall having this toy when I was younger. The fish would have magnets inside their mouths. As their “pond” would rotate, the fish would go up and down, their mouths opening and closing. The objective was to catch the fish with your rod, which had a magnet on its end too. It was so cool!!!

My husband found a similar toy at Toy Kingdom recently. The fish still open and close their mouths, but this time there are no more magnets. You really have to make sure the fish close their mouths on the fishing rod. Can you see the video?


Catch that fish!!!

The game comes with 4 fishing rods so you can play with up to three other players. Objective of the game is to catch as many fish as you can! The game is over when there are no more fish to catch. Whoever caught the most fish is the winner. Simple and fun!

I have to teach my son how to properly hold a fishing rod though. So far this is how he holds it to catch that fish.

    I used to play this, too. It was my cousin’s toy. This is fun, and I would love to see my son playing this. It brings back good ‘ol memories. =)

    OHH, You remind me my childhood day. I used to play this fishing game with my brother. This game was a gift from one of my uncle in my brother’s birthday.

    I was a lot of fun.
