Top Chef. How I Met Your Mother. The Big Bang Theory. These are three television shows I am addicted to. And now, a new show has been added to the list.
Glee is a TV show about a high school choir, or the glee club, trying to restore its lost glory. The club is moderated by Spanish teacher, Mr. Will Schuester, who used to be a part of the Glee club himself. The characters are typical (a star quarterback, a talented “nobody”, etc.) but they are so endearing. And the songs! You’ll be left LSS’ing* on the songs of the last episode you watched.
The show brings back memories of being a part of my high school’s choir, though ours wasn’t as colorful and exciting as McKinley High’s! I also would have loved to have been Kurt’s friend. I could take a dance lesson from him too.
So yep, I’m a Gleek. And I’m excitedly awaiting the next episode. *starts singing “Don’t Stop Believing”*
Are you a Gleek too?
*LSS = Last Song Syndrome
