When my husband and I used to live in a condo, one of my big concerns was cleaning. I struggle with dusting and mopping and all — I’d take washing a whole pile of dishes ANY DAY over scrubbing floors. So our condo was a little dusty and occasionally clean. Haha. A friend of mine recently put up up this Condo Cleaning service — it’s called Home Clean Home. Loving the name AND the services!
They focus their condo cleaning services in the Makati and BGC areas. But if you schedule in advance, they can also go to Eastwood and other condo/home areas.
One feature I like is that Home Clean Home has an all female staff. So for women who live alone — that’s an added safety feature, right!
Home Clean Home’s working hours are within condo servicing hours — so that would usually be 8 am to 5 pm everyday of the week. Yes, they work on weekends too! They can start earlier and later if the condo permits it.
This is their rate card. I suggest though that you give them a call for a quote!
Payment is made after the service is complete. No need for downpayment. Just pay after the cleaning service.
Super awesome, right? I know a couple of friends who’d love to have this service. I think it’s a big help for those who need those extra hands for condo cleaning, or for those who do want to clean but just don’t have the time!

I specifically requested a cleaning lady who is good with dogs as I have 2. Before she got here, I placed my dog in his playpen and my other dog on the bed as to avoid any accidents. When Jennifer got here, I specifically told her to not place any objects near the playpen as my dog can still reach for it through the bars. A while later, I go to check on her (I was just in the other room) and I see the inside of my dog’s playpen COVERED in what looked like hair! I immediately panicked and asked her what happened. She said she put the dirty broom near the playpen and my dog was able to reach it. I asked her WHY she didn’t tell me ASAP so I could’ve removed the broom before my dog got the chance to chew on it. She just shrugged and laughed like it was NOTHING. I did not feel any sort of remorse on her part while I, on the other hand, was panicking that my dog had eaten a dirty broom. I had to ask her multiple times before she replied with, “Kala ko ok lang po eh.” Who in their right mind would think it’s ok to let a dog chew and possibly eat a dirty broom???! I immediately called management and thankfully, they told me I won’t have to pay for the cleaning session. But that was not the last of it. Before Jennifer left, she told me she had already washed the dishes. When she left, I checked my kitchen and most of the dirty dishes were still in the sink! And the few that she did wash were STILL dirty. I also checked one of the garbage bags she threw out since I heard clinking, and discovered that she threw out one of my glass mugs! Who knows what else of my belongings that she threw out. I tried calling management again to complain but they did not answer anymore nor called me back. Oh, and my dog VOMITED so many times after the broom incident. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE
