Taho on the Go

by

Taho is love. Mixing together fresh tofu, arnibal (brown sugar and vanilla) and sago is no rocket science but the comfort it brings forth is simply out of this world.

Taho is usually enjoyed with a spoon or slurping it from a cup. If you’re not a careful taho eater, it makes for a messy eat. Not a lot of people probably experience this, but to my fellow klutzes I hope you know what I mean. So when I got to enjoy taho through a straw and a sealed cup, I enjoyed the taho-eating experience even more.

Taho on the Go

Taho Boy is a food stall that sells taho and soy smoothies. We stumbled upon the branch at Promenade, Greenhills and it has become one of our favorite food haunts to frequent.

Taste-wise, it is what you’d expect from taho. Sweet and as creamy as tofu can get, and you can enjoy it hot or cold. The selling point for me however was the mechanically sealed cup and straw. It reminded me of the Quickly drinks. It’s now a family tradition that we stop by the stall before going home after a stroll at Promenade. We can enjoy the ride home with our taho snacks without worrying about sticky spills.

Hurrah for klutz-friendly taho!

Oh, Toni, I wish I had some taho right now!!! I’m a klutz too, so this would be perfect for me. I wonder if someone sells it here in town. Hmmm, maybe *I* should start selling it here in town! xo
