Sauteed Mushrooms is one of my favorite dishes. This recipe is super quick and easy to follow. You can totally enjoy the mushrooms on their own or top it on a salad like I did. Sauteed mushrooms also makes a good side dish.

Sauteed Mushrooms Quick and Easy Recipe
What you’ll need:
1 tablespoon garlic
8 oz. oyster mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon white wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons flour OR rolled oats
What to do:
Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add sliced oyster mushrooms, sauté for 3 minutes. Add butter, rosemary, white wine, soy sauce, flour or rolled oats. Sauté till mushrooms are tender.
Happy lunch! Enjoy your sauteed mushrooms as an appetizer, side dish or on a salad. Yum!
