How to eat healthy without really trying

Strawberries in berry yogurt

1. Throw in a handful of fresh or frozen strawberries into your favorite bowl.
2. Top with chilled yogurt. That’s berry yogurt in the pic above, and regular yogurt in the pic below.
3. Enjoy! You’ve got a naturally sweet and delicious snack that’s good for you. Also great as dessert.

where do you get frozen strawberries here? the stores i go to don’t have it.

i’ve been wanting to make my own bellinis but i don’t know where to buy frozen berries.

I bought my frozen strawberries from Rustan’s. They’re also available in Shoppesville, Greenhills. The latter has frozen blueberries too!

You should try buying a pack of frozen strawberries Max! So they keep longer. You can eat them with ice cream, yogurt, condensed milk or on their own. 😀
