Slice an apple into thin wedges, put them in a microwavable or oven-proof bowl. Sprinkle 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg over apples. Add 1 tsp brown sugar if you want. (This one didn’t have any though). Add 1 tsp of shaved butter over the apples. Microwave for 2 minutes. Or bake for 10-15 minutes. When done, top with cream and cheese. Yum!
