March 21, 2009 at 1:17 pm (15 years ago)I still love Boracay but I only go there during the Habagat season. It’s quiet, pristine, not crowded and really end up appreciating the beauty of the island. My other favorite place is Potipot. A small island with a beautiful beach and really away from Manila madness.

we do have a favorite family destination and that is Subic. my kids love that there are so many things to do there. i love it too because i get to go shopping

Given that the root of vacation is vacate and the root of holiday is holy (sacred), which do you do more often, take a vacation or go on holiday?

Do you make a conscious effort, like diet for a couple of months or weeks, or take extra hours to the gym or jog to make your body beach-acceptable, or do you go as it is? 😀
