Weekend Soiree #30: A game of comment interaction

by

The game is easy! I will ask a question. The first person who comments will answer my question, and will leave a question for the next person to answer. This next person will answer that question, and leave a question for the next next person to answer. I am sure you get it! ๐Ÿ˜‰

To make things more fun, the questions have to reflect the chosen theme. For example, if the theme is BIRTHDAY, all questions should relate to that topic. When was the last time you had a birthday party? At what age did you feel like you weren’t a child anymore? As much as possible, letโ€™s not repeat the questions for added fun! You are also welcome to play more than once.

Let’s go on a trip to Forks for our 30th Weekend Soiree!

The theme: The TWILIGHT Series
(THE ONLY RULE: Please do NOT post any Breaking Dawn spoilers. But Breaking Dawn theories are allowed.) -> Allowed now that the book has been officially released.

My question for Person #1: If you were to be best friends with any human character from the series, who would it be and why?

Most people would say Angela because she’s so sweet, but I’d rather be fishing buddies with Billy Black. Imagine the fascinating stories he could tell you!

Question: Why do you think the Cullens never changed their names (di ba napansin ng Ivy League schools that the same students kept returning decade after decade?)

i think they can get away with it because of their persuasive powers or what Bella calls as being “dazzling”. they can tell people about something, be easily believed and they won’t be questioned. even if there are doubts, these remain at the back of the people’s minds unless someone with a really good perception (maybe even gifted) and who can’t be easily swayed would go out of the way to investigate the peculiar occurences of having Cullens in their records and looking particularly the same through the years.

what is your favorite scene in all three books?

Definitely Alice’s. Like who woudn’t want to have a glimpse of the future. But if I could choose more than one, I would choose Alice’s and Jasper’s powers. lol. I also want to set the mood of people around me. XD.

    Question:
Is Robert Pattinson suitable for the role of Edward Cullen? Why or Why not?

At first glance, Robert Pattinson seem too “thin” for the role of Edward. Based on the trailers, he looks good enough but I feel there’s something I am missing, must be the kilig factor when I read the books. But I will reserve judgment until I see the movie.

Would you be the first in line when the movie theaters open for the Twilight movie?
