Want to know where you can get the best tiramisu ever? Go to UCC. I LOVE their Tiramisu.
Tiramisu is an Italian dessert. It’s made of lady finger biscuits dipped (or soaked?) in coffee and/or rum, mascarpone cheese, eggs and sometimes cream. It’s sprinkled with some cocoa powder before serving. It’s light and refreshing while still feeling indulgent. I’m not fond of tiramisu really, but when I’m at UCC this is what I get. It’s just so good.
Another dessert that’s good there is Caramelicious (or was it Carameluscious?). Like that initial tiramisu aversion, I’m not fond of caramel. It’s cloyingly sweet and sticks to your teeth. This cake absolutely changed my mind!
It’s just right. The caramel cake, the caramel ice cream, the syrup… you’d think they’d overwhelm your tastebuds. Not at all! I was surprised at how light this dessert was. It was sweet, but not cloyingly so. I didn’t think caramel could taste this light. This is my new favorite dessert!

I first tasted it on the very first date with my boyfriend sam; I am so impressed and it’s a heavenly desert ever. Until now, each year he sends me a piece of Tiramisu in the office or at home. Our anniversary is absent without Tiramisu in my table. haha!! so addicted!

Tiramisu is a favorite of mine also. It goes well with a warm cup of Earl Grey. My tiramisu haunts are Contis and Caf E at EDSA Shang. Try mo din those and compare.
