Oprah’s Favorite Things 2007

by

I look forward to Oprah’s announcement of her favorite things every year. And man, to be part of her audience during that episode! Man, all those freebies! To those who aren’t familiar with this concept, let me help you get out of that hole. 😀

Every year, around Thanksgiving, an episode of Oprah focuses on Oprah’s Favorite Things of the year. Her hand-picked faves range from cozy pajamas to very expensive watches. They’re always interesting! And if you’re part of her audience during that episode, lucky you! She showers her audience with each of her favorite things. Generosity to the max!

While generous, this season’s gifts didn’t catch my eye. I take that back, the only one was the fancy refrigerator. Although, I cannot imagine being in the kitchen for that long even while baking!

If you’ve got a really fancy schmancy kitchen, this ref would be perfect!!!

Here in the Philippines, Kris Aquino, our Oprah, gives away stuff in her shows too. Goldilocks cakes come to mind.

Or her CD with those “healing songs”!

That’s my favorite episode every year!! Alam mo bang my sister in the States has been trying to get a ticket for 3 years na!

    Pwedeng lahat gusto ko..hahaha :p

Seriously, I want the Kitchen Aid (I have one na but I want the red one; mine’s white eh), Toywatch (bought a similar one in the US and I’ll probably give the real thing to myself for Xmas), Panini press (been bugging the hubs for this one), melamine bowls (I like chartreuse), and the Scrabble Premier set.

Now you know what I want for Xmas..hehehe :)

Wish ko rin maging part ng audience niya kapag ganitong episode! Hehe. Uy mahilig ka rin pala sa Scrabble!!! 😀
