Melon Dessert in 1-2-3

by

Melon Preparing this fruity dessert is easy as 1-2-3. You don’t believe me? I’ll prove it: (1) Slice a chilled melon in half. (2) Take out the seeds. (3) Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the center. Ta-da! I told you! 😉

yummy ‘cept it’s hard to eat melon/cantaloupe with a spoon. unlike papayas. you almost have to cut up melons into pieces to eat them. looks great, though!
