October 4, 2006 at 8:43 am (18 years ago)True. I don’t really like iceberg lettuce. It tastes borrrrring. Romaine lettuce is much tastier. But iceberg’s the only thing the salad bar near our office has.

Today’s baon is tilapia and organic (brown) rice. 😀 I’m pretty sure that’s healthier than the ones I can buy from the food court. 😀

Today’s lunch sa work should be corned beef with mix veggies kaso bigla akong tinamad pumasok so lunch ko na lang cya dito sa haouse 😀

October 4, 2006 at 8:34 pm (18 years ago)i usually have my romaine lettuce with some canned tuna for lunch but last night’s leftover supper (steamed salmon, steamed mix frozen vegetables and mashed patatoes) are today’s baon for lunch here at work.
and yes, post its are defintely good reminder!

October 4, 2006 at 11:37 pm (18 years ago)Since wala pa kaming pasok dito, I had frozen spaghetti. Left-over pero Ok pa rin. Yang salad sa pic Toni, mukhang ang sarap! 😀 Naalala ko tuloy yung binili kong Island dressing a few days ago, makabili nga ng lettuce. Thanks sa post-it note.

October 5, 2006 at 11:46 am (18 years ago)bakit nga ba ang mga generic salads natin ay puro iceberg lettuce? may nakita ako sa grocery na prewashed salad bunch (gourmet yata ang brand)- with a nice mixture of different leaves, including, of all thing, arugula!
