Amidst all the fighting, chaos, political disorder and other problems, it is certainly nice to encounter people who want to spread care to the world. It’s amazing how a single hug can harness so much positive energy.
A fellow RBJer even tried the same act of kindness in her school and she said that she felt overwhelming happiness after doing it.

i never got to see the free hug man – but i think it did make news here in aus – i can’t remember.. it definitely is a feel good moment.
a simple hug.. makes a huge difference on how it can make you feel right now.

now how do you guys hug? i have my own special hug, it starts with head butt on their chest or shoulders.. then i’ll nuzzle my head there.. then open my arms squeeze them tight.. shake side to side and do a pat or rub on the back.. then i’ll smell their neck and compliment how great they smell even if they sweat.. i don’t care..thats’ for the special people..
