Lately ko lang nasubukan na ang dami palang pwedeng gawin sa itlog. Almost every other day kasi ay eggs ang breakfast ng mga costumers ko kaya dapat iba-iba rin yung pagkakaluto.

I can only prepare hard boiled eggs… I guess this doesn’t qualify for an entry… 😉

1st choice ko is poached eggs (on toast or rice), because I really like it when the yolk is runny, and I either dip my toast in the yolk, or mix it in with the rice.

2nd choice would be a light scrambled egg, with just a hint of chili sauce, and some diced onions and tomatoes on the side, served with rice

3rd choice is an omellette, I fry up some ground pork with minced garlic, onions, and diced tomatoes, and if any, add some julienned bell peppers, then I just make an omellette, and add the cooked ground pork on top, then fold …

4th is a boiled egg, except I need to dice it up and mix it in with some mayo-mustard first, maybe add some minced cooked shrimp or crushed dilis, before I spread it on toast

I love cooking with eggs. versatile– can make so many things.

For breakfast I love sunny side up topped with freshly grated parmesan! Eat it with butter and toast. :)

Hmm. I better cull out my egg book and give it a go. Otherwise I can always rely on my mom’s egg dish. Dunno the name though.
