You know that leftover milk at the bottom of the glass after you finish your halo-halo? It doesn’t taste only like milk, does it? The flavors of langka, red beans, kaong, ube and all the other halo-halo mix-ins blended together in that leftover liquid. It’s delicious and you still can’t have enough of it. Now imagine this halo-halo milk turned into an ice cream. DELICIOUS. Presenting: Halo-halo Milk Ice Cream from Sebastian’s.
Sebastian’s took an iconic Pinoy dessert and transformed it into another dessert! It was smooth, creamy and unmistakably halo-halo. There are ten ingredients in the ice cream: Monggo, Langka, Macapuno, Ube Halaya, Garbanzo, Pinipig, White Kidney Beans, Kaong, Leche Flan and Saba. There are also some pinipig pieces for a little crunch.
One scoop is Php 100. It’s refreshing, comforting and simply delicious. I’d love to have this in a cone next time. Better yet, I want to add a scoop of this halo-halo milk ice cream on TOP of an authentic halo-halo dessert. Now THAT’S a halo-halo dessert! π

March 14, 2012 at 12:38 pm (12 years ago)It seems that every week you feature Sebastian’s myriad of ice cream flavors. LOL π Either you are a huge fan (obviously!) or you are being paid to do so. I think they should get you as their endorser for being a constant feature on your blog π Btw I can’t say I’ve had the pleasure of tasting any of their flavors. I’m trying to stay away from too much dairy products. Major fail, so far! *sighs*
