Mama’s Salad
Strips of cheese, toasted tofu, broccoli flowers, coarsely chopped carrots and tomatoes on a bed of greens. One of the better salads I’ve tasted! I picked on the tofu more than the greens though. What dressing would you use?

eh kasi naman, point being ng salad is for healthy eating di ba, eh, kung cream based dressing yan, naku pure guilt trip pa while you eat.. hehehehe
and you know what’s nice as well.. brocolli, steamed, tapos.. lots of garlic and italian dressing. sarap and very simple ha!

say balsamic, a dash of soya, lemon, good olive oil,
maybe a garlic
and yoghurt blend them all with a good sea salt

ANyway, yummy naman ng salad. And I love the toated tofu ha. Cguro I’ll go for salt and pepper lang and toated garlic would be nice. Yun lang po.
