Dressing Greens

Mama’s Salad

Strips of cheese, toasted tofu, broccoli flowers, coarsely chopped carrots and tomatoes on a bed of greens. One of the better salads I’ve tasted! I picked on the tofu more than the greens though. :) What dressing would you use?

I’m on an lemon-garlic-balsamic vinegar kick so that with the cheese would make for a great salad!

Wow! Everyone wants a simple dressing. I don’t blame ya! That’s what I’d go for too! A light Italian dressing would be my choice.
