Semi-frozen strawberries topped with mango ice cream. Mmm.
I like buying frozen strawberries from S&R. They sell really HUGE bags of frozen strawberries. They’re not always sweet, but that’s fine with me. I like my berries a little sour. You can always tame the tart berries with ice cream anyway.
If the berries are too hard to bite, you can always defrost them for a few minutes in the microwave. I don’t like my berries fully thawed though. I love biting through a little of the ice crystals that coat the berries’ skins.
It’s comfort food. It’s anti-stress. It’s semi-healthy (fruits and er, calcium from the milk in my ice cream?). Ah, I just know berries and ice cream make me feel better!

vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate and some sliced almonds makes it more sophisticated.. lolz.
