So easy! Slice a frozen banana into smaller pieces. Get 2 cups of cold milk. Put in a blender. Blend till smooth. Pour into your favorite glass. Yum! Refreshing!

October 2, 2006 at 9:25 pm (18 years ago)Try adding vanilla ice cream and honey para smoothie! Pag may strawberries sarap din yan. Fave namin dito sa house. If you don’t have a blender use a whiz stick, it uses far less space in the kitchen.

October 2, 2006 at 9:52 pm (18 years ago)we do this everytime…banana is the base (kasi it has so much sugar) and then we add either strawberry (pareho pala kami ni zita) , apple or orange – but not with milk (kasi im a bit lactose intolerant) but with more orange juice for vitamin c….yum yum. There are $ 49 blenders from “As Seen On TV” infomercials here na can do all these in less than 2 minutes..easy to clean pa.. this is so healthy…kasi you go straight to the _ _ _ _ _ to make _ _ _ _ ;p
