Are you a pesto lover? You might want to try this new Artichoke Pesto from Stonewall Kitchen. I didn’t think pesto came in an artichoke variant, but hey, anything is possible!
I liked the consistency of this artichoke pesto — thick enough to be a dip but not too thick to be a sauce for pasta. What I didn’t like about it was that it was a little too seasoned for my taste. I prefer adding salt and pepper on my own, but this pesto was plenty seasoned. Given that, I’d recommend this pesto for pita chips, tortillas or soda crackers. It needs a neutral partner to show off its kick. We tried this at home with a pack of Sky Flakes.
