Weekend Soiree #39: A game of comment interaction

by

Blowing bubbles

The game is easy! I will ask a question. The first person who comments will answer my question, and will leave a question for the next person to answer. This next person will answer that question, and leave a question for the next next person to answer. I am sure you get it! πŸ˜‰

To make things more fun, the questions have to reflect the chosen theme. For example, if the theme is FLOWERS, all questions should relate to that topic. Have you ever received flowers from a secret admirer? If you had the power to choose only one kind of flower this world could have, what would it be? As much as possible, let’s not repeat the questions for added fun! You are also welcome to play more than once.

Let’s go check out the next generation with our 39th weekend soiree!

The theme: CHILDREN

The question: How do you get children to laugh?

Act like a fool. That’s always good for a laugh. That and doing something stupid like setting your wine glass on the banister then backing your big butt on it.

I had a C-section and I can distinctly remember the way she looks when she was brought to me. I immediately thought she got my eyes, singkit din, but as she grew older, her eyes grew bigger. πŸ˜€

A: I had the best times of my life playing “tumbang preso”, 5-10, “monkey-monkey”, “lutu-lutuan” and other pinoy kiddie games. I would like my son to play these games with other kids. He’s an only child and he rarely goes out of the house. Besides, with the rise of technology, kids today just spend more time on the computer and other gadgets.

    Q: What’s your favorite children’s book/story?

I saw an armwrestling movie that starred sylvester stallone. “Over the Top” i think it was called. I really wanted to be a trucker that armwrestles. (until i tried that ‘secret’ armwrestling technique he taught… didn’t work for me… i was so disappointed) :)

I have 2 girls and we’ve named them Gabrielle and Adriana (Gaby and Adi). If we had a boy he would be named Jose after my father. I also like the name Teodoro..it sounds so macho. If we have another girl I think I like the name Ines.

I already have my first baby and “It’s a girl!” though I did want to have a boy as my first baby, I would not trade my little Mary for anything.

I don’t think I was ever confused with my gender cause I had my first crush (on a boy) when I was in nursery school. hhahaha… Yeah I guess I was quite the boy-crazy child.
