Weekend Soiree #25: A game of comment interaction

by

The game is easy! I will ask a question. The first person who comments will answer my question, and will leave a question for the next person to answer. This next person will answer that question, and leave a question for the next next person to answer. I am sure you get it! ๐Ÿ˜‰

To make things more fun, the questions have to reflect the chosen theme. For example, if the theme is JEANS, all questions should relate to that topic. Have you ever made anything with a pair of old jeans? What style of jeans do you like best? As much as possible, letโ€™s not repeat the questions for added fun! You are also welcome to play more than once.

Let’s slather on some sun block for our 25th weekend soiree!

The theme: SUMMER

My question for Person #1: What’s the first word that comes to mind when you hear the word “summer”?

I don’t think that there’s such a thing as a summer read. I think a book should be good enough for all seasons. Parang si Ate VI.

Have you experienced a summer fling?

Last year was my best summer because that probably will be my last summer spent in the Philippines. I will only be home during December, maybe.

Q: I never had any summer classes back in college, what about you?

i did. summer classes in our university could either mean a back or advance subject. i did one of the former and a couple more of the latter. it was relatively boring since only a couple of students were present but fun as well since i have regular allowance!

if there’s anything about summer that you could bring into the other seasons, what would it be?

I would bring over the mangoes so we can have the sweet, succulent and juicy fruits throughout the year (in summer price of course because these are expensive out of the season) :)

Q: Where is your favorite summer getaway?

Not all the time. But I cannot resist a great sheer cotton shirt. The ones made in India. They’re perfect for summer.

Question: Do you consciously try to shed some weight in time for summer/bikini season?

Davao, you can visit Davao from Gensan in less that 500, that’s to and fro… and enjoy a night at Ponce Suites, roam the streets of Davao, visit the Crocodile Farm, visit Eden Garden, visit the Philippine Eagle Center, GaP Farm, all in minimal costs… Who knows, your P4,200 is more than you can spend…

What will be the best sideline for Summer?

Ooh, anything by the beach! Better yet — being a travel blogger during the summer. Lucky lucky!

Not that I’d know. The most exciting job I’ve had during the summer was babysitting. That was before I started working for real.

When does summer end for you?

hhhmm, coz we live in Amsterdam summer literally ends in September which means i have longer summers since we normally go back to the Philippines during summers as well.

If you were to choose during summer, would you rather go to Boracay or Palawan? Why?
