Delicious Saba Dessert @ Kitchen
Spot the linga!

We had this delicious dessert at Kitchen a few weekends ago. The dessert is called “Monkey Business.” It’s made of saba bananas drizzled with coconut cream and jam, showered with sesame seeds. I liked it! It’s quite easy to make as well. I had some saba bananas last weekend but decided at the last minute to just fry them and eat with lightly sugared butter.

Ever since Lasang Pinoy’s Oh My Gulay! started, I’ve been checking out dishes that had linga in it. 😀

hi toni. nabura ko agad email reply mo about my comment. 😆

tantiyahan lang kapag nagluluto ako ng nilagang saba. add brown sugar according to your sweetness preference. when it boils, tusok mo ng fork yung mga saba & if it’s soft na, then simmer for about 1-2 minutes and it’s done!

    happy cooking. :)

Looks good. San yan, Kitchen? You know whats yummy, boil saba with brown sugar and water till soft. Minatamis. Tapos when it’s cooked na, add kakang gata and small sago. Chill. Enjoy!
If you want naman with linga, gawin mong turon with langka. Yun caramelized sugar pag dumikit na sa turon budburan mo ng linga. :)
