It really does taste like ripe mango and suman. If only I could let you dive into the picture and taste what I tasted. It was damn good.
Sebastian’s Mangga’t Suman ice cream is really made with sticky rice stewed in coconut cream. Even if it’s cold and creamy, you still get that sticky suman texture when you eat it. The mango sorbet is so sweet and delicious, it complements the suman flavor perfectly.
This simple classic turned ice cream is really good. I want some more. The next time I visit Sebastian’s, I’m buying a pint of this and having it with barako coffee! It’s traditional Pinoy merienda fare revamped.
