This is one of the most interesting and yummy chocolate truffles I’ve tried: Bizu’s Calamansi Zing Chocolate Truffle.
Imagine biting into a dark chocolate ganache, your teeth going through a dark chocolate filling and then getting hit with the zing of a calamansi puree. As Emeril would say, BAM!!! Sweet, sweet triumph with a surprising kick. One Calamansi Zing truffle was enough for me after a full lunch. I could’ve eaten more of the truffles but I wanted to relish the taste of that one sweet and sour bite. Yum. I’ll return for more soon.
This little treasure can be enjoyed at P48 each. A box of 4’s is P265, 6’s is P385, 12’s is P710 and 24’s is P1,360. Can someone get me this for Christmas please?
