Strawberry Cheesecake Bliss

by

The Yummiest Strawberry Cheesecake @ Bag of BeansStrawberry Cheesecake at Bag of Beans, Tagaytay.

This cheesecake was served cold – slightly frosted but still creamy. As I sliced one corner off, I could see itty bitty frozen pieces of cream cheese sticking to my fork. Mmmmm. My mouth was beginning to water. Then as I slipped a piece of the cold cheesecake with its strawberry topping into my mouth, I felt sheer bliss! “Panalo!!!,” I told H. It was creamy and oooooh-so-good. This is definitely one of my favorite cheesecakes ever. If only Tagaytay weren’t so far from where I lived! I could have this cheesecake everyday. Then again, that might not be such a good idea (looks at expanding waistline). At least this is one snack I’ll always look forward to on Tagaytay trips. Winner cheesecake!

Hi Toni. We like going to Bag of Beans too. My favorite is their Blueberry Cheesecake. My husband is fond of their freshly baked bread accompanied with butter and blueberry spread. Add hot chocolate and it’s perfect!

welcome back from your thai holiday!! your trip sounded so amazing! i could live off thai food myself, and would looove to go there one day!

as for your cheesecake…yummy! i’m not a big cheesecake fan, so whenever i go to cheesecake factory, i always pick the chocolate mousse cheesecake as a compromise!

Toni, here’s a cheesecake recipe that succeeds every time. Many of my readers swear by it. Make it your own.
