Break for a tag

by

There are a lot of tags I still have to complete! This one’s from Mec. I’ll try to catch up on the rest of the tags next week.

Who’s tagged? I’m tagging anyone who’s been on a blind date or wants to go on a blind date. 😉

Have you ever gone on a blind date? Yup. Once and never again.
Skipped school? Yup. The first class I ever cut was P.E. I cut class so I could eat freshly made barbecue at one of the university’s food haunts. Haha. Obviously, my P.E. fell on the lunch hour.
Been on a plane? Yes.
Been lost? Oh yeah. It’s a scary feeling. My navigation skills need some improvement.
Swam in the ocean? Yes.
Cried yourself to sleep? Perhaps. It doesn’t feel good though. I don’t like going to bed sad.
Played cops and robbers? Y’know what, I don’t think so. I missed out on this I think.
Played dolls? Oh yes! Barbie dolls and others.
Recently colored with crayons? Nope.
Sang Karaoke? Hahaha yes. There was a time when my friends and I went to Red Box almost every night. Addicts!
Paid for a meal with coins only? Yup.
Done something you said you wouldn’t? Haha, yes. And depending on your disposition, sometimes the results are much better than you think!
Cheated on a test? Yup, in my impressionable youngster days.
Made prank phone calls? Yup. My cousins and I would make crank calls by dialing random numbers and whispering “Potatooooooooooooooooo” into the phone.
Caught a snowflake on your tongue? Nope. I’d love to see a gentle snowfall.
Danced in the rain? Nope.
Written a letter to Santa Claus? Yes, till the age of 12!
Watched the sunrise with someone you care about? Nope. I do remember watching the sunrise when I was a little girl. My cousins and I were asleep in a nipa hut. I woke up at around 5 am, and before me was a beautiful white and yellow sunrise. I was awed. And then I went back to sleep.
Been kissed under the mistletoe? Yes.
Gone ice skating? Nope. I fear falling down and getting my fingers sliced off by the speeding blades. Hahaha. And I have the most terrible sense of balance.
Been skinny dipping outdoors? Nope.
Tattoos? Nope.
Body piercings? Ears.
Vacation spot? I’d love to go to Bangkok again.
Eaten cookies for dinner? And chips, and salsa…
Ever been on TV? Yup.
Ever been in a car accident? Yup. Really bad one. I’m happy to be alive. ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEATBELTS PEOPLE. My seatbelt saved me.
Favorite number and why? 8 for its continuity and fluidity.
Favorite movie? Dead Poets Society. O Captain My Captain!
Favorite holiday? Christmas! I wish it were Christmas already.
Favorite smells? Fresh linen. Babies. Raspberry. Lavender. Eucalyptus. The aroma of garlic, onions and tomatoes being sauteed. Mmmmmm.
What do you do to relax? I play The Sims 2.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? A happy happy happy woman.

We have the same favorite number for the reason you stated + other reasons. :) Dead Poets Society is one of my all-time faves.

witsandnutss last blog post..Hard truth and cheese combined

I got shivers the first time I saw DPS. And the second time. And the third. I love that film!
