Boy Crazy

by

Were you ever told that raising little boys is tougher than raising little girls? If yes, is that true? I can only speak from the experience of raising one little boy. It’s CRAZY. It’s crazy wonderful of course! Then there are days that it’s my-back-hurts-and-I-can’t-get-up-crazy, or the more common please-stay-seated-and-let-Mommy-rest-crazy. Then there are moments like this.

Oh boy!

He just cracks me up. I love having a boy.

They say boys are harder when they’re little and girls the opposite. However, girls are much harder to deal with once they reach their teenage years.

It’s really surprising the stark differences between the 2 sexes at a young age. I’ve always wanted a girl but since having Connor, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

    P.S.
Connor does that too, plus he eats his boogers. hahaha…

I have a girl but she acts like a boy and loves boy’s toys. Her Christmas gifts: a truck and a basketball set. Not to mention her picking her nose like that, hahaha! She have teddy bears and a baby doll but she seldom plays with them. She would always pick a ball when it comes to choosing what toy to bring with her.

I have two boys and I wouldn’t exchange the experience for anything in this world :) although I too wonder what having a little girl would be like. Maybe a bit more quiet than these two haha.

@Maria- you just need lots and lots of patience, really. And don’t forget time for yourself and for sleeping so it doesn’t overwhelm you. Babies require lots of attention and care since they can’t do much for themselves. But wait till they turn 2 years old (terrible two’s!) and you’ll wish sometimes that they were babies again. Hehe.

Fabio hasn’t learned yet to eat his booger, hehe. But Luis has gone through that stage already :))
