Super Easy Petchay Dish. Saute a chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. of chopped ginger in a wee bit of oil. When onions are transparent, add in the chopped stalks of Petchay Tagalog. After about two minutes, add in the Petchay greens and saute. Add 1 tablespoon of patis (fish sauce) per bundle of petchay used. […] Read more…
