Good Bus, Bad Bus

Can I just say that the game played in the previous post absolutely rocked? Thanks for playing along. Your answers were funny and nakaka-aliw! I’ll post another another pic before the day is over.

In other news, I was on my way to work this morning when I saw something that warmed my heart. At a stop light, I saw a bus driver stick his head out his window and point at the taxi cab beside his bus. The bus driver had a huge smile on his face and was looking at a lady pedestrian. Apparently, the lady was hailing a cab but couldn’t see the vacant one beside the bus. And so the bus driver took it upon himself to tell her it was free.

Talk about heartwarming. Awww.

If only the day was filled with more moments like that. It made me realize that there is still kindness in everyone’s heart.

Five minutes later, we were going along the highway when a bus sped and cut the car in front of us.

Talk about annoying! Argh!!!

Our day is full of those little happy moments and those little annoying ones too. I guess it’s up to you which one you want to influence how the rest of your day will go.

Oo nga. All of us have the potential for kindness and meanness. One of my good friends had this philosophy of always trying to see the good in anyone, and hanging on to that, regardless of how mean that person becomes. Bilib ako sa kanya – yon talaga ang hamon sa ating lahat.
