Wildflour Café + Bakery is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. It’s cozy and comfortable, and their food is yummy, yummy, yummy. When friends come over to visit me at work, this is where we usually have breakfast or lunch. I just can’t get enough of this place. Here are some of the dishes I’ve tried.

Crispy Potatoes. These are so addicting. They are, as advertised, crispy. And crunchy. And tasty. And served with sour cream and chives. Best for sharing, unless you’re a die-hard potato lover then you can have this appetizer all to yourself.

Watch out for their Parmesan Churros. You think you’re only going to have a few but ha! You could end up eating the whole dish. It’s also really heavy so make sure you split this with a couple of friends. You wouldn’t want to ruin your appetite for the main course!

WildFlour serves awesome tartes flambees. It’s similar to a very thin pizza and I guess cooked in an oven too. No, they won’t be set on fire in front of you (that’s what I was expecting, ha!). This is their tarte flambee with Caramelized Onions, Brie Cheese and Apples. It was friggin’ good.

This is Wildflour’s Croque Madame. Talk about a ham and cheese sandwich levelled all the way up. I had it with an Americano. This made for a pretty filling breakfast. That sandwich was quite rich.

Now THIS is one of my all-time favorite breakfasts. It’s one of their Eggs on Toast dishes. This has a generous serving of smoked salmon on a poached egg and served with Bearnaise. Perfect with my cup of coffee. (Note: I didn’t have this the same time I had the Croque Madame, just in case you were wondering. 😛 )

If you want a strong cup of coffee, go for their Vietnamese Latte. It’s so good. The big size fuels me for most of the day. That’s plenty strong for me. Sometimes I get this to go from WildFlour before heading to work.

But the best food I’ve tasted from WildFlour must be their baguette. Served with jam and butter, I could eat their baguettes all day. ALL DAY.
WildFlour has two branches. One is at the Net Lima Bldg. in Bonifacio Global City (4th ave. cor 26th St. to be exact). The other is at The Podium. I’ve only been to the branch in BGC. Can’t wait to try Podium’s!

Here’s a peek at their menu on MunchPunch: MunchPunch WildFlour menu
There are a lot more dishes on their menu that I’d love to try. I’ve heard so much about their Warm Sticky Icky Bun and the recently launched cronuts (croissant + donut in one). I’m definitely going back to try more of their yummy eats!
Have you eaten at WildFlour? What dishes would you recommend?

June 19, 2013 at 7:15 am (10 years ago)We had brunch at Wildflour once and we loved our dining experience there. We felt very at home there as it reminded us of cafes here in Sydney–casual, cozy and serves good, clean food. I was able to try two of their coffee offereings (long black and vietnamese coffee) and it was a relief that they do good coffee too. And their breads! I’d go here for their breads alone.

Anywa, I only tried Wildflour once and was not so happy with the breakfast (platter?) that I ordered. It was like a McDo Big Breakfast meal but way more expensive… pero I’ll probably give these recommendations of yours a try soon.
