Weekend Soiree #60: A game of comment interaction

The game is easy! I will ask a question. The first person who comments will answer my question, and will leave a question for the next person to answer. This next person will answer that question, and leave a question for the next next person to answer. I am sure you get it!

To make things more fun, the questions have to reflect the chosen theme. For example, if the theme is SANDWICHES, all questions should relate to that topic. What’s the most unusual sandwich filling you’ve tried? What bread do you like best for your sandwiches? As much as possible, let’s not repeat the questions for added fun! You are welcome to play more than once.

Let’s turn over a new leaf for our 60th weekend soiree!

The theme: BEGINNINGS

The question: When was the first time you realized you were a grown-up?

The first time I travelled on my own. As in, I was home alone to begin with, and I had to take myself to the airport, take an international flight alone… Felt so responsible. That was the start of many flights alone. And many realisations that I am an adult now..

Do you have a quirky ritual at the beginning of the day (either at home or at work)? And what is it?

Quirky ritual? Hmmm… I rotate my head clockwise slowly 3 times and repeat it counter-clockwise. Significance? I’d like to think it improves blood circulation in my head. πŸ˜€

What are the details (read: tell a brief story) regarding the first time you fell in love?

I’d start first in Paris because I’ve never been there, always wanted to be.

I always watch movies from the beginning, do you?

For my very first job, I was an audit associate, fresh out of college and review school.

Q: what was your first ever dream profession? did you end up pursuing it?
