Use a picture frame to group trinkets together. Just lay down the frame and arrange your trinkets over it. This placeholder will help anchor your trinkets, making your collection look more clean and organized. No more bits and pieces here and there.
Ta-da! Simple organized beauty.
Aside from picture frames, you can also use any of these items to group small things together: a mirror, a placemat, a tray, a cake holder, a tiered tea sandwich holder, a basket, a doily, a fish bowl, trivets, a book, a shoebox, and heck, even a banana leaf!
What would you use to hold your trinkets together?

January 11, 2008 at 11:13 am (16 years ago)I use a small decorative plate to hold my watch, everyday earrings, wedding ring and some pins so that every morning, it’s easy to get all that I need. On my bedside table, I have another small plate for my lip balm, small tube of lotion and liniment. Easy reach for my night time rituals. Right by our front door, I have a rectangle capiz tray that serves as a catchall for our mail and keys.

January 12, 2008 at 1:17 am (16 years ago)I like putting my trinkets in small plastic canisters that fit my bedside drawer so I can just throw them in before I go to bed.
For books and newspaper I have a native Bicol Bag that is so huge it can accomodate anything.
Its good to put things in unusual containers.
