How to make paper planes that glide and don’t simply nose-dive? Here’s an easy tutorial. We have fun with these planes. They’re gliders, not crashers! 😉
How to Make Paper Planes
First four steps
Step 1: Get a rectangular piece of paper.
Step 2: Fold it in half, lengthwise.
Step 3: Fold the top parts of the paper toward you so the paper becomes pointed.
Step 4: Fold down the triangle part towards you, so it looks like an envelope.
Last four steps
Step 5: Fold the two upper corners towards the center, leaving a small space in the middle for a bottom triangle to peek out.
Step 6: Fold that tiny triangle upwards.
Step 7: Fold the paper in half, with the triangles facing outward.
Step 8: Bring down the flaps till they are aligned with the bottom part of the plane.
Voila! Done!
