Bite-sized Frozen Refrigerator Cake Bars

by

Smaller frozen delights but still big on indulgence — this is my second attempt at frozen refrigerator cake bars. Using whole graham crackers was quite heavy on the tummy, so I decided to make mini versions. Check out the original version here.

Bite-sized goodness

There weren’t any decent bananas at the grocery the day I made this, so I went with strawberries and mangoes. Yummy. Graham crackers were cracked in thirds. Still the same recipe from before.

With these bite-sized cold treats, sweet indulgences are more easily managed. There’s less guilt too. That is if you can only eat one mini bar. :)

I want to try chocolate cream next time. With strawberries. And bananas. Maybe a version with shaved chocolate or peaches. Oh sweet tooth, behave!
