My mind is too rattled to write a coherent entry so pardon the jumps.

First of all, congratulations to my kid sister who just bagged a job in the field of Education! Yes my friends, she is now a teacher. Yahoo!

Did anyone catch 5 People You Meet in Heaven last night on the Hallmark channel? I started crying on the 4th person and didn’t stop till the end. I’ve read the book before and it was beauuutiful. The movie was also heartwarming (and heartwrenching).

I got my dose of Sims 2 University over the weekend. The character I’m playing has six kids and is at the top of her career (Yes Sims 2 addicts, she’s reached a Platinum aspiration level!). Yeah! I’m living my dreams via my Sim. Any Sim addict can relate to what I just said.

The stove has been untouched for quite awhile. I’ve been too exhausted after work to whip up a meal, especially if it’s a quickie 30-minute one. The Adobo recipe suggestions are piling up… I can’t wait to mix and match and see what comes up!

My physical exam went well. Nothing to be alarmed about. I am still going back next week for the “extras” — fasting blood sugar test, cholesterol check and pap smear.

That’s it, pancit. Back to work!

I missed Mitch Albom’s masterpiece. Arrggh. The good news is that I may have a second chance: Hallmark is replaying it next Sunday at 3pm. All is not lost. :)
